Copyright Ownership
- The individual Instructors who post educational materials, each own all title, copyright and all intellectual property rights to the online learning programs that they each produce (“the Property”).
- Students pay for classes, but such payment does not create or imply any ownership of the course materials. Students shall not acquire any title, copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the Property, and shall not modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise amend the Property, and shall only use them for private educational or informational purposes in accordance with any instructions provided by the Course Instructor.
- Copying, distribution, transmission, or publication of the Property is strictly prohibited without express written permission from the author.
Payment
Full payment is due prior to delivery of the Course materials.
Refunds
Every Course and Downloadable product is unique and because of that there is no single refund policy. The refund policy for each course or Download is explained in detail on the Course outline for that particular course.
Our goals is to have happy customers. If you have an emergency, or if you feel like a course is just not right for you, please contact us to discuss a refund or credit.
